It's 30 years later...
Taken from the official mailing list, can't believe 30 years has flown and it's still a classic...
Today marks the 30th anniversary of The Stone Roses' self-titled debut album.

The album became the breakthrough for not just the band (Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani & Reni), but also the whole ‘Madchester’ scene, Jackson Pollock-inspired artwork, the album’s music, lyrics and the band’s image spawned an entire musical and cultural movement. The Stone Roses dominated the style typical to the Manchester scene, having a huge influence on the genre also known as 'baggy'. They also had an immediate influence on the fashion of the time. Often cited as one of the greatest albums ever released, 'The Stone Roses' gained fans who went on to greatness as Oasis, The Charlatans, The La’s, Primal Scream and countless others. To this day, tracks including 'I Wanna Be Adored', 'She Bangs The Drums' and 'Waterfall' continue to soundtrack people’s lives! Share your stories of The Stone Roses using the hashtag #stoneroses30.
