ORDERING ONLINE (Plus CLICK AND COLLECT)
Only items that are labelled 'In Stock (or Add To Cart)', 'We Can Re-Order', Available For Pre-Order' - this means they are either currently in stock, are due to be released or, to the best of our knowledge, are available from the supplier. Some items can take a while to re-stock if they sell out - however this doesn't mean they're not available. All goods are subject to availability and release dates are subject to change.
If you'd like an idea of the possible wait time for delivery or stock availability (especially for re/pre-orders) or when to collect from the shop, just drop us an email.
We attempt to dispatch pre-ordered items for UK delivery on the day of release. This is possible in the vast majority of cases, however it's dependent upon suppliers getting stock to us in good time.
You'll be charged for everything in your order at the time you place the order. We do not store payment details.
As we're a physical shop, it's impossible to keep the site 100% up-to-date when items sell out or become unavailable, but every effort is made to get it as near to that as possible. Where a quantity is shown, that's our confirmed allocation of a (usually limited) release. You can be confident you'll get a copy. Availability changes constantly, so we reserve the right to cancel your order up to the point of delivery.
If you have a query about an order you've placed, please email email@example.com and quote your order number. Please include an email subject - blank email subject headers risk being rejected as spam. This service is currently only available in English - apologies to non-English speakers.
Because stock availability changes all the time, we reserve the right to cancel your order up to the point of delivery / collection.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable UK taxes. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price.
Orders must be paid for immediately by credit or debit card. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within seven days.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, however, you would like to return an item, please do so within 7 days.
Customers are responsible for all returns costs. If you have a problem with your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning, we will try our best to get back to you within 5 working days but may take longer at peak times. Please include the order number in your email.
Items must be in original condition and returned with the original sales receipt. We will only offer STORE CREDIT and NO CASH REFUND
If we have been unable to delivery your parcel and it is returned to us we will contact you regarding this. If we do not receive instructions from you within 2 weeks we will automatically refund your order minus any costs (which will be provided in an email to you).
